Hey all
Does Kazoo support the ability to configure a BLF key for a VM Box?
btracht
anyone here this morning?
stormqloud_
maybe
btracht00
stormqloud: you ever work with aastra phones
?
stormqloud
hehe, yes. "work" is nto the term I would use
In fact I just finished picking them up from a client yesterday
swapped them out for free
cause life is too short
btracht00
i've got a bunch of em i got from a client too
stormqloud
going on ebay/kajiji etc
btracht00
cant seem to get em to receive incoming calls with kazoo
i can register and make outgoing
stormqloud
Aastra got bought by mitel so mitel people can use them
I burned many hours on this
never got it to work right
Mitel is from Ottawa so there is some market for used aastr/mitel here
but otherwise I think they are boat anchors
btracht00
they'i figured i could resell as cheap solution to smaller
* smaller client
as used
stormqloud
A used aastra sells for enough to buy a new yealink
then give that small client a yealink
that's my thought anyway
Snom and AAstra I prefer to cull if possible
btracht00
i hear ya. i just have these aastras sitting here colecting dust...
stormqloud
sell them
for whatever reason they have issues getting firewalls to work with kazoo
it's go to do with the fact the SIP and the RTP come from different IP's
a single line snom will work
aastra I could not get to work inbound
hmmhesays
Is there any auto provisioning built into kazoo?
stormqloud_
only for clients using the 2600hz cluster
hmmhesays
so you have to roll your own provisioning
is monster the preferred gui now? It doesn't seem to have as much functionality
stormqloud_
depends on your point of view. To me you need the callflows app, which is only in kazoo-ui
so I use mostly kazoo-ui and I just test and and fool around with monstre-ui
hmmhesays
gotcha
should my config.js is kazoo-ui be pointing at ~/v1 or ~/v2 api
voxter
v1
stormqloud_
v1
hmmhesays
hmm just gets stuck loading after login
nm I figured it out
