biniar
stateless: I followed your instructions how to disable USB 3.0 (xhci) upon rebooting my desktop then updated again and did not have the same problem with the mouse freezing entirely.
Drakevr: Never update on odd numbered days in my opinion. ;)
I broke my sudo on another machine by #rm -f /etc/sudoers
:|
Drakevr
i also get an error about rc.conf having an error though
but i never touched that one by hand
biniar
let's see it
if you don't mind
Drakevr
i'll dig a bit through it, check my older snapshots too etc first
biniar
sounds like fun :)
Drakevr
fun or not will be a more profitable (as in learning) process that way
biniar
http://sprunge.us/jQIB
I agree
Drakevr: "It is advisable to leave rc.conf untouched, and instead create and edit a new rc.conf.local file. Since only the last assignment to any variable takes effect, variables set in this file override variables previously set in rc.conf."
FRIGN
biniar: just do "sudo vim /etc/sudoers" and fix it dude
biniar
FRIGN: if SUDO is broke that's an invalid command
FRIGN
biniar: dude, I was trolling you
stay calm
biniar
FRIGN: http://www.openbsd.org/faq/current.html#20150703

./RAGEQUIT
Drakevr
haha
yeah btw i do have an rc.conf.local
biniar
excellent :)
Evil_Bob
stateless: what SSD can you recommend, would a Crucial BX100 be a good SSD to use with OpenBSD?
hai btw :)
retard
i don't think openbsd cares about what brand of ssd you get
Drakevr
was about to say that
retard
trim suppot is trim support and that's pretty much that
Drakevr
i hear a lot of good reviews for samsung evo 8xx
retard
unless you get one of those weird pciex cards i guess
Drakevr
but i hear sammy is slow on fixing stuff in firmwear
Evil_Bob
retard: no should be SATA, trim support doesnt matter to me though
retard
actually it does with any ssd
but openbsd has it and has for ages
FRIGN
hey yo
k0ga: did you have a chance to look at the build system?
k0ga

FRIGN
