Evil_Bob: after thinking a bit I just realized that include #if is really easy
because the parameter of #if is a constant expression, so basically we have to
call constexpr() and nothing else
lostd
moarning guys
Evil_Bob
k0ga: ah thats good news, alot of software uses #if, #elif :)
k0ga
Evil_Bob: I'm going to try implement #if now
I think it can take me less of 5 minutes
Evil_Bob
take your time, its not a race :)
but very nice :)
i have vacation today (and next 2 weeks), gonna spend some time on dmenu, some of my projects and play some gamez :)

k0ga
Evil_Bob: yes, it is not a race, but I shouldn't take too much time of my work time on it ;)
Evil_Bob
cool tm512
tm512
it seems like GNU make might actually be saner than BSD's
k0ga
Evil_Bob: done
Evil_Bob
:)

hi

Evil_Bob, what is this?
Evil_Bob
Ramsay with "sausage"
retard
any of you have any interest in smurf? https://github.com/schachmat/smurf
i'd like surf with a newer webkit, but i'd prefer avoiding gtk3
seems chromium and cef can work fine with gtk2 still, so
the sh*tty thing is you need to build cef inside the entire chromium tree
and their build system is .. offensive
kori
looks interesting
Evil_Bob
chromium is in the chromeos tree right?
i remember it being 20GB or so
webkit is extremely retarded, but so is firefox
nmeum
the web is extremly retarded
stateless
morning guys
retard
webkit is retarded, blink/cef seems to be an attempt at "solving" a little part of it through further abstraction
separating the sandboxing from the rendering for one
but you still need both the renderer and the sandboxing, so ..
__20h__
Cef is only meant for chromium.
stateless, greetings.
retard
cef seems a better way of getting a html renderer than webkitgtk
__20h__
retard, then send the patch.
Look at the code of smurf, why it didn't evolve further.
retard
__20h__: like how surf didn't evolve beyond webkitgtk 2.4.9?
__20h__
retard, yes, due to a crappy API.
People recommending a switch to yet another new HTML engine don't seem to be programmers.
They are customers and that's why they are ignored.
biniar
stateless: can you teach me OpenBSD -current package math?
:D
OpenBSD 5.8 (GENERIC.MP) #0: Sun Jul 26 16:31:43 EDT 2015
Eleven minutes late finishing
Evil_Bob
thats what she said

iDrac is giving me woes
booting openbsd makes iDrac crash
thereby losing my server entirely :(

Evil_Bob: haha, good
biniar

installed -current snapshot on Digital Ocean VPS
how long do i have to wait for the package mirrors?
https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/kubernetes
k0ga
Evil_Bob: I have implemented also #elseif
sorry, #elif
Evil_Bob
yeah i saw, was checking it out atm :)
nice work man
k0ga
there are a lot of cavets
macros not defined will generated an error
but it should be evaluated to 0
define() is not implemented
defined()
Evil_Bob
yea it crashes atm, but yeah, work-in-progress ;)
k0ga: should i debug it or just be patient? :)
k0ga
Evil_Bob: show me the code and I will answer you
Evil_Bob
ok ok
k0ga
(there are some parts that I know are broken, but I don't care, but there are that I care ;))
Evil_Bob
yes eventually it should be able to accept an infinite stream from /dev/urandom and not crash though :)
k0ga
yes, of course
I have put a limit of 10 errors
after this point I think is stupid print more errors
tm512
so BSD make really sucks
for real
k0ga
Evil_Bob: I am more worried now in finishing the constant expressions
I have to simplify cast and ? expressions
henriqueleng
tm512: Whats the problem?
Evil_Bob
k0ga: ok i can reproduce it with: printf 'a(' | ./cc1
;)
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
k0ga
Evil_Bob: yes
Evil_Bob
k0ga: its because of an empty type i think
k0ga
this is a known bug
in this case I don't care because I have to rewrite decl.c
Evil_Bob
ok :)
k0ga
the problem comes from the default int behaviour
in a declaration like: auto i; I applied the old rule of default int
but the code is buggy, and when it doesn't found anything between the parentheses it thinks it has to apply this rule
and create an empty symbol that crashes the program later
tm512
henriqueleng: it just sucks. has ridiculous behavior regarding out-of-tree building, I don't want to litter my source tree with object files
it's easy to avoid with GNU make
henriqueleng
anyone in project euler?
