stateless
procmain is terrible
:P
procmail*
https://github.com/Distrotech/procmail/blob/master/src/fields.c
k0ga
stateless: what is the suckless alternative?
stateless
the syntax is as bad as the code
k0ga, fdm
Evil_Bob
stateless: ugh wtf
stateless
https://github.com/Distrotech/procmail/blob/master/src/lmtp.c
that's an openbsd developer
lol
he doesn't write this kind of code in openbsd though :P
he probably wrote it like this to be consistent with the original author
lol
k0ga
stateless: I can see that fdm does more things
it is not only a deliver agent
isn;t it?
stateless
no it does more
but it is much more sensible than procmail + fetchmail
k0ga, it is written by the guy who wrote tmux
tmux does more too :P
Evil_Bob
hmm, i only use it to split the mbox format to maildir and avoid duplicate messages
(and allow additional filtering per header ofcourse)
stateless
match "^list-id:.*dev\\.suckless\\.org" in headers action "suckless-dev"
Evil_Bob
i should look into fdm if it supports this
stateless
action "suckless-dev" maildir "${path}/suckless-dev"
done
:P
Evil_Bob
noice
k0ga
stateless: for another life note we have to write a deliver agent :P
stateless
lol

I like the sieve language.
procmail is really awkward.
if header :contains "List-Id" "dev.suckless.org" { fileinto "suckless-dev"; stop; }
Fdm is in the same trap as procmail.
And sieve is standardized by the IETF.
So stop using proprietary crap only the developer understands.
Evil_Bob
stateless: ty for recommending fdm, it looks much nicer and almost got my setup working
i only need to split up/read the mbox from stdin
account "sfeed" mbox "/dev/stdin" doesn't seem to work :P
__20h__
Evil_Bob, do it the easy way: Send the email as a client and let the real mail filter handle it.
That's how E-Mail works.
Evil_Bob
my use-case is perfectly legit
__20h__
It will suck with further additions.
openfbtd
It's funny that most of the spam I get these days is about optimizing your site in search engines
Not make your di*k bigger
Those were the days
Evil_Bob
stateless: http://www.codemadness.nl/downloads/screenshots/sfeed_mbox_mutt.png still working on it :)
stateless
Evil_Bob, nice

Is there any way of making dwm not draw the window while moving / resizing, showing a rectangle instead?
Evil_Bob
stateless: hmm when using pkg tools on OpenBSD i get: "failed termcap lookup ..." when TERM is set to st
do you use st on OpenBSD, if so how did you resolve this?
(i installed st.info, mg and other programs work fine)
asie
trying to pick a good keyboard
Evil_Bob
stateless: ok really evil but solved it by doing: tic -C st.info >> /etc/termcap
(infotocap)
asie: get a mech one, probably one with cherry mx blue switches
asie
i have blues right now on my first-gen razer black widow i picked up at a random store
i think
but i really liked the browns i tried out on my friend's mech
though the clears might be a bit better
Evil_Bob
clears might be quirky i dunno, read really mixed reviews about it, but havent used them myself
asie
browns i liked
maybe i'll just go with browns.
or just get one of those boxes of one of each type of switch
but that's a bit more complicated in poland
