Evil_Bob
yeah stop sprunging it on our faces FRIGN
every goddamn time
stateless: btw you were right there was an OpenBSD hackathon http://undeadly.org/cgi?action=article&sid=20150917100019 :)
FRIGN
Evil_Bob, stateless: this is sensitive information. I can't just sprunge it :P
hehe, sorry guys, you are right
every time I do this on IRC I remember sprunge is there for that
stateless
my client warns when you try to paste sth more than a few lines, and you need to press a special key combo to force it
has saved me many times when my clipboard contained random sh*t
Evil_Bob
yeah irssi (ctrl-k) :)
stateless
yup
FRIGN
yoo
what are you guys working on?
Evil_Bob
small improvements to sfeed
FRIGN
cool
did the concept I introduced to you work out?
Evil_Bob
yeah it was a good idea the feeds are stored per file now, it made some script parts and the format itself simpler
one feature some people would like is marking items as read, but im not sure at which layer it should be
i personally like it just marks items as new of today, it saves some of the hassle of marking irrelevant items aswell :P
brb
FRIGN

z3bra
hi everyone
who owns r-36.net already?
retard
__20h__
__20h__
I'm the owner of r-36.net.
z3bra
oh cool
__20h__
z3bra, why are you asking?
z3bra
I have an issue with geomyidae actually
__20h__
Then send a patch.
z3bra
I'm not sure what the issue is sadly, or even if the issue is due to geomyidae
__20h__
http://git.r-36.net/geomyidae/
This is the official repository.
z3bra, then don't waste my time with meta discussions.
Describe the problem.
z3bra
I'm getting a recv(56) when downloading a binary (.cpio.bz2) with curl
gopher://z3bra.org/9/distro/pub/sbase:0.0.pkg
__20h__
Works in lynx.
Works in my curl.
curl 7.44.0 (x86_64-pc-linux-gnu) libcurl/7.44.0 OpenSSL/1.0.2d zlib/1.2.8 libidn/1.32 libssh2/1.6.0 librtmp/2.3
z3bra
ok thanks
I'll investigate
__20h__
Ah, in the end.
z3bra
doesn't sounds like it's related to geomyidae then
__20h__
It could be.
z3bra, where can I get the original file?
z3bra
I'll upload it somewhere lese, give a a second
http://z3bra.org/sbase:0.0.pkg
__20h__
Lynx is able to get it.
curl stops after exactly 500 KiB.
z3bra
indeed
that's odd.
curl -O gopher://z3bra.org/9/distro/pub/sbase:0.0.pkg fails, but
curl -O gopher://localhost/9/distro/pub/sbase:0.0.pkg
works without any problem
__20h__
I tried snarf(1), which works too.
I always debugged with snarf.
z3bra
ah, never heard of it
__20h__
I fixed the gopher support there, that's why I'm using it.
z3bra
I see
__20h__
Let's debug curl.
z3bra
it seems to work with smaller packages though
gopher://z3bra.org/9/distro/pub/init:0.0.pkg (for example)
__20h__
There is one possibility.
z3bra
which is?
__20h__
z3bra, try the latest revision from the git repository.
curl is doing something ugly, when it needs this.
z3bra
from curl?
__20h__
z3bra, no, geomyidae.
z3bra
oh, right
same error
__20h__
z3bra, then it seems like it's curl's fault.
I'm sending all data to the client.
