but if I have to start patching libepoxy then I'm not sure how much point there is over using a simpler loader
it's broken on windows because of that static constructor, which msvc seems to optimize out

dunno why epoxy puts it in XCU, it is very near the end of c++ startup, which is after c init
(in reality there are not many registered functions)

which is why I'm inclined to just use something simpler. I haven't found anything else that does extension aliasing though, which was the main motivation for using libepoxy

if you're making 2 versions for vita and 3ds - how much more powerful vita is compared to 3ds and can we expect full speed on 3ds?

KuKzz: yeah, although on 3.3x Vitas, I was able to clock them up to 444MHz which made it faster than N3DS
