The thread *must* call svcExitThread() to exit.
Thread priority should be 0x3F if you create a thread on the same core.
If you give it a higher priority the main thread has no chance to run.

hmm, so people are pointing to make_cia for making CIAs, but it doesn't convert an ELF into a CXI, so I'm not sure how it's supposed to work

I never looked much into the shader output stage, I should do that at some point
