hell the only Cortex-R I've touched is hercules, R4
it makes Cortex-M look like a tonka toy
basically a Cortex-A series CPU internal plumbing with a microcontroller's flash & SRAM

Hey ! I was working with my tm4c129XL launchad and one day suddenly the mcu started to heat up. I found his link - http://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/tiva_arm/f/908/p/318646/1456731 but i am unable to find "pinout.h" or a file that serves its purpose. Can anybody help please ?

I played with that wiznet W5500 for a while, it wasn't too bad but I think its power consumption sat around 100-150mA often
but either way I always prefer wired ethernet over wifi when available

hmm, avnet lists "Promise Date: 10/12/2015" for my RX210 chips that were no stock (min: 1, mult: 1, "12 week" factory lead time) ... so I guess the real factory lead time is around 4-5 weeks
although we'll see :)

you could read/write memory contents with it for kicks, but also I started adding radio support for nRF24L01+ stuff... it could stream nRF24 packets or interpret some of the information based on a library I was writing (used elsewhere but put the bot development down)

ok i have two 1pps square waves, and i will xor them with each other, like as in 1 bit wire xor with a logic gate. which will give me a signal where rising edge to falling edge is the phase difference
i also have to guarantee that rising edge executes first and falling edge executes later and use 1 interrupt.
but with the xor solution (i drawed and checked it on paper) the output of the xor will tell me the time between them, but I would not know which one it is comes first
so (rtc xor sync) & !rtc gives signals if rtc falls to 0, and (rtc xor sync) & !sync gives signal if sync fall to 0 first.
so using 2 interrupts one for faster other for if pulse is lacking in phase
which will simplyfy coding
